Ingredients
24 RITZ Crackers, divided
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbs mini pepperoni slices (1/2 oz.)
1 tbs shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
3/4 cup marinara sauce
Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°F.

 

2. Place 1 cracker, top side down, in each of 12 paper-lined muffin pan cups.

 

3. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni; cover with remaining crackers, top sides up.

 

4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano.

 

5. Bake 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted.

 

6. Serve with marinara sauce.
